  • Details about the service you request, such as the drainage problems you check off and anything you tell us.
  • Basic usage and device information collected when you visit this site.
  • If you came from one of our Google ads: the ad's click ID, the page you landed on, and the time you sent your request.

How we use information

We use your name, phone number, email and address to schedule and carry out your assessment, to contact you about your request by phone or text (you agree to this when you send the form), and to send quotes and invoices. We also use information about visits to improve this website and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise with Google Ads. Google and its advertising partners may set or read cookies and similar technologies in your browser to measure which ads lead to visits, phone calls and requests, and to show our ads on other sites.

When you arrive from one of our ads, the web address includes a Google click ID (named gclid, gbraid or wbraid). We keep it in a cookie on this site for up to 90 days, and save it with your request if you send one. We use the click ID, not your name or contact details, to tell Google which ad led to a booked job.

You can change which ads you see in your Google Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (this site still works, but we won't be able to tell which ad brought you here).
